Synopsis: Buddy and what's her face (Cookie) go ballooning, fall out of the sky, into a place called Sourtown. Why this isn't called Buddy in Sourtown, I do not know.
Comments: Buddy's kind of a Thurston Howell: The Early Years situation here. The cartoon starts with chase music after the credits, altho there is no chase going on. Bottom of the balloon looks like a) a tail b) a very long nipple c) an umbilical cord. The landing in the basket like a sled would eventually be resembled by the raft scene in Temple of Doom. "To Lemonia - The Sour Domain". Laurel and Hardy caricatures. I don't know who the bird is (maybe just a bird). Cop sounds like Pegleg Pete (Disney style). The girl has creepy fingers. Interesting living armor heads. The king likes to be spanked, trading one type of masochism for another.
